Healthcare is not meeting people's needs--we need to focus on wellness instead of illness so our patients can have a better quality of life.

People need help to reduce their medications and understand the connection between disease, lifestyle, and medications, so that they can take actionable steps to build a healthier and more fulfilled life.

I offer consulting, testing, and coaching services through my company Marlene Coaching and Consulting. My services include personalized medication reviews and one-on-one coaching to help clients overcome health challenges and improve their quality of life.

I have extensively researched a wide range of topics in pharmacology, psychology, nutrition, pharmacogenomics, etc.

In 1992 I graduated with a "Doctor in Biochemistry and Pharmacy" degree from the University of Cuenca, Ecuador. I opened my first retail pharmacy in Ecuador in 1990; my business eventually grew into a well-known local chain of 9 retail pharmacies over the next 15 years. This gave me the opportunity to interact very closely with the Community, Physicians, Med Reps, etc.

In 2008 I immigrated to the US; and I attained my pharmacist license from the state of Florida in 2012. I passed the Foreign Pharmacy Examination the first time that I took it.
