33rd Annual Charity Chili Cook-off and Volleyball Tourney

The event is a fundraiser for Caring and Sharing of South Santa Rosa County. Fee required to enter the chili cook-off or the volleyball tournament. A donation fee is required to taste. Up to two Junior anglers twelve and under can compete in the Junior Division for free with each paid rodeo admission. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Navarre Chamber Foundation, which in turn benefits the Navarre Beach Marine Park. Annual Fenner McConnell/Mark Wantz Blackwater Heritage Trail Ride

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida and the West Florida Wheelmen are excited to announce the 2026 Fenner Ride will take place on October 24 at 7:30 a.m. at the Clyde L. Gracey Community Center. Cyclists can enjoy routes that start in the city of Milton, all the way to the woodlands of the Blackwater Forest, and back again. Riders will experience Northwest Florida’s native wildlife, natural environments, and beautiful scenery. This ride includes routes for all cycling levels: 18, 42, 62, or 100 miles. All proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida.

Trash Bash with the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center

Halloween-themed for the month of October. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes that are upcycled and/or marine-themed! Help protect sea turtles and other imperiled species through a citizen science program that allows volunteers to take an active role in the war against marine debris. Volunteers collect trash from different areas along the 4.5 miles of Navarre Beach and record data that is forwarded to state and federal agencies. The Santa Rosa Band of the Lower Muscogee is hosting its annual Creek Fest presented by Eglin Federal Credit Union. There will be nationally recognized Native American entertainment each day. The festival will also include Pow Wow drumming by Drum of the Red Boys drum group, Pow Wow-style dancing and traditional Creek stomp dancing. Experience a living Creek village, guided tours and a re-enactment of the battle of Chumuckla between Creeks and Soldiers. Watch Traditional Creek food cooking demonstrations and explore an authentic Hunting Camp with weapons demonstrations. There will be hands-on crafts for children, traditional and contemporary food and drink, traditional Indian roasted corn and fry bread, as well as a plethora of other amazing vendors and activities.
