The Treasure Your Community - Health & Community Resource Fair is returning for another exciting year of connecting our community with valuable local resources - and everyone is invited!
This FREE, family-friendly event is open to the public and brings together local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, service clubs, veteran organizations, and community groups - all in one convenient location.
Whether you're looking for healthcare resources, financial information, volunteer opportunities, educational programs, family services, senior resources, or simply want to learn more about what our community has to offer, you'll discover a wealth of information and friendly faces ready to help.
🏴☠️ This Year's Theme: Pirate Adventure!
Come dressed in your favorite pirate attire and join in the fun! Attendees, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers are all encouraged to embrace the pirate spirit while exploring this exciting community event.

VENDOR INFORMATION FOR:
5th Annual “Treasure Your Community: Health & Resource Fair”
Saturday, September 26, 2026
9 am – Noon
LOCATION:
Navarre High School Cafeteria ● 8600 High School Boulevard
SET UP:
Friday, September 25th (4:30 pm - 6 pm)
Saturday, September 26th (7:30 am - 9 am)
SPACE: Vendors receive one (1) six (6) foot table and one (1) chair
Presenting, Gold & Silver Sponsors receive two (2) six (6) foot tables and (2) chairs
Bronze Sponsors receive one (1) six (6) foot table and one (1) chair
- You are welcome to bring additional tables & chairs, but please keep everything within your 10x10 space (unless you are a sponsor)
- Tablecloths are NOT supplied.
PARKING:
After unloading, Vendors/Sponsors need to park in the parking lot to the far
EAST of the main entrance to the school (in front of the football stadium)
ELECTRICITY:
There is limited electricity available.
- If you requested electricity, you will be responsible for bringing your own extension cord/power strip.
DOOR PRIZE:
Vendors are asked to bring a door prize to be given away near the end of event
- All attendees will be given a Treasure Map with all vendors listed.
- Attendees that return their completed Map to the Treasure Chest at the Navarre High School Booth will be eligible for the Door Prizes.
- Winners do not have to be present to win. They will be notified via phone.
BREAKDOWN:
Noon on Saturday, September 26th (PLEASE do not breakdown early!)
- Please make sure to remove all items/trash from your booth in a timely manner and place
- Please place all trash in approved containers before you leave.
